My Story:
Yoga is my means for building mental, physical and spiritual strength. I tend to be anxiety-prone, yet when I am engaged in practice, I am better able to manage everyday stressors, and I become more forgiving of myself and others. I am most grateful for the gift of calm that Yoga brings; it’s amazing how I no longer need to try very hard to relax — I have learned to simply be present, and to appreciate life as it unfolds.
