My Story:
or me, yoga is about experiencing and practicing mindfulness. To stay in the present and keep focus intentionally, without judgment, with all my breath and being. And, what arises is nothing other than awareness itself. Even better, I can share this gift with others. (Remind me I spoke these words as I sit in fierce pose, with my legs screaming and sweat pouring in my eyes). I am Mary and I am a Detroit Yogi.
