Two days to tend the soil of your practice and remember what drew you to the mat in the first place.

Rooted is a two-day, in-person yoga immersion designed to encourage thoughtful self-inquiry, spark curiosity, and strengthen your relationship with yoga’s teachings—both on and off the mat.

Through a blend of guided movement, breathwork, meditation, discussion, and community connection, Rooted offers space to slow down and explore how yoga can become a consistent, nourishing support in everyday life. The focus is on understanding—how practices work, why they matter, and how they can be integrated beyond the studio.

Led by Dana Johnson and Rebecca Murawski, Rooted includes two consecutive four-hour sessions where students learn alongside a dedicated community of peers.

Over the weekend, you’ll explore:

  • Yoga philosophy and ethical principles through discussion and reflection
  • Breathwork and meditation techniques that support steadiness and clarity
  • Subtle body awareness, including chakras, bandhas, and energetic integration
  • Chanting and mantra as tools for focus and insight
  • Practical ways yoga supports attention, resilience, and self-awareness

Participants will also receive a curated toolkit of supportive resources to help continue learning and build a sustainable self-practice beyond the immersion.
