GROUNDWORK: Restorative Yoga

The meditative practice of restorative yoga is the perfect antidote for a busy life of multi-tasking. Learn how to fully support yourself with bolsters, blankets and other props to promote a sense of ease and comfort so your muscles can deeply relax and you can consciously let go. In this workshop you will learn and practice a sweet sequence to relieve street and fatigue. Your mind will become calmer, more present and less reactive and your body will release tension and holding.

MYOFASCIAL RELEASE FOR RUNNERS

Running is a healthy activity: It can improve your endurance, lower your blood pressure and cholesterol, help you lose weight and improve your mood. And if you’re a regular runner you probably have also learned that it can come with a few undesirable side effects like runner's knee, shin splints, plantar fasciitis and tendonitis. DON’T WORRY! In this workshop you’ll learn how easy it is to treat fascial tightening with simple myofascial release techniques that you can do at home.
