Join us for a free one-day experience at Detroit Yoga Lab featuring restorative movement, mindful strength, community connection, and nervous system support.

This isn’t about pushing harder or burning out. Every class—from Pilates and hatha to somatic movement, slow flow, and sound healing—is intentionally designed to help your body build strength, recover, and feel better over time.

You’ll experience:
