Bradshaw Wish brings a rare blend of irreverence and insight, guiding you through movement that challenges without pressure, invites curiosity, and makes space for real connection-to your breath, your body, and yourself.
This weekend is more than poses. It’s a full-body reset. Expect sweat, reflection, a playlist that hits just right, and a few well-timed jokes to remind you not to take yourself too seriously.
Come for the joy. Stay for the shift.
You’ll move through three distinct sessions-each one offering a different kind of reset:
Never done yoga? Feeling stuck? Just need a night that feels good again? This class is for you.
Start your weekend with soulful movement, loud laughter, and a playlist that hits just right. This all-levels flow is part pep rally, part reset. Designed to shake off the week and bring you fully back to yourself.
Expect to:
You’ll walk out feeling:
Open, strong, steady—and like your weekend’s already better.
“I’ve been practicing with Bradshaw Wish for over five years. His vinyasa classes continue to challenge, educate, and inspire me. His teaching strikes a rare balance between depth and play, making each class both intellectually enriching and genuinely fun.”
Think handstands are only for the fearless—or the super advanced? Think again.
This workshop is here to flip that story-and maybe flip you upside down while we’re at it. In a space that’s supportive, lighthearted, and totally judgment-free, you’ll break things down step by step and start to build the strength and confidence to lift off (even if you never leave the wall).
Expect to:
You’ll leave with:
A braver body, a clearer mind, and a fresh perspective (literally)
“Sometime you take a yoga class and it’s a great flow but not that fun. Sometimes you take a yoga class and it’s entertaining but not a great flow. Bradshaws classes are really fun AND a great workout. He’s the G.Y.O.A.T.
(Greatest Yogi of all time)”
In need of a nervous system reset? Start here.

Designed for anyone navigating recovery from addiction, trauma, grief, burnout, or life transitions, this workshop offers a steady, welcoming space to reconnect with your breath, your body, and your sense of self.
In this workshop, you’ll:
You’ll leave with:
A sense of steadiness, a few simple tools, and the reminder that healing doesn’t have to look a certain way.
No yoga experience needed. Just bring your breath, your body, and your truth.
“The weight of all the must-dos and should-haves I bring into Bradshaw’s yoga classes turn into manageable balloons by the time I open my eyes after savasana! He balances joy and lightness with thoughtful tips and explanations that help my practice on and off the mat. I look forward to the spaces I can share with him, spaces filled with humor and humility and heart”
Bradshaw Wish is a Chicago based yoga teacher, educator, and retreat leader with over a decade of experience. A former gymnast, Bradshaw was originally drawn to yoga for its physicality, but over time the practice became a way to regulate his nervous system and connect more deeply to presence and peace. With a 500-hour certification from Jason Crandell, his classes blend smart sequencing, anatomical insight, and just enough sass to keep things fresh.
The path that led Bradshaw here is also shaped by personal loss after the passing of both parents, he felt a deep pull to live more fully and joyfully, knowing that not every day is promised. That commitment to joy is part of everything he shares, including The Funny Thing About Yoga podcast, which he co-hosts to bring something honest, raw, and hilariously real to the yoga space. Whether he’s teaching public classes, mentoring yoga teachers, or leading international retreats, Bradshaw brings a light heart and belly-laugh humor to everything he does—reminding us that learning and levity always belong together.
