8 Weeks
Our Yoga Mentorship Program is designed to help new yoga teachers refine their skills and build confidence in every aspect of teaching. Through personalized mentorship, you’ll learn to cue with clarity, sequence creative flows,, lead grounding breathwork and meditation, and cultivate your own authentic voice as a teacher, and connect deeply with a supportive, like-minded community. Whether you’re looking to strengthen your teaching skills or discover your authentic style, this program is your next step in becoming the impactful yoga teacher you’re meant to be.
Who is this for?
This Mentorship is an 8-week commitment designed for RYT-200 teachers who would like to refine and elevate their teaching skills as well as build confidence and hone in on authenticity in yoga teaching.
How it works:
What You’ll Learn:
Kelsey Wooten is an ERYT-200/YACEP and has been practicing yoga her entire adult life and teaching since 2017.
Kelsey would describe her teaching style as inclusive, empowering, and grounding. She brings focus to the breath, physical alignment, and subtle energetics while guiding asana sequences and hopes to help students see that the practice of yoga can be used as a tool to navigate and express our physical, emotional, and energetic individuality while also connecting us to a whole community. Weaving these pillars of yoga into her classes is important. Kelsey aims for students to walk or “float” away feeling safe to be themselves, open-hearted, and centered within themselves and the world around.
Alexa Busnot Marchio is Detroit Yoga Lab’s studio manager and has been teaching Yoga since 2020. With a focus on the harmonious connection of breath alongside yoga’s creative movement, Alexa believes that yoga has the power to heal both the inner and outer aspects of our lives.
