Led by Dana Johnson and Rebecca Murawski, this in-person experience includes two consecutive 4-hour sessions. Together, you’ll explore foundational elements of practice, including:
  • Yoga philosophy and ethical principles
  • The chakra system and energetic awareness
  • Bandhas and subtle body integration
  • Meditation and breathwork techniques
  • Chanting and mantra as tools for focus and insight
